| Former U.S. House Leader Dick Gephardt is Senior Counsel for DLA Piper, and a consultant to Goldman Sachs. He also serves as CEO of the privately held strategic consulting firm, Gephardt Group Government Affairs, is chairman of The Gephardt Institute for Public Service at Washington University in St. Louis, MO, and serves as an Advisory Board member to the International Conservation Caucus Foundation. Mr. Gephardt, who twice sought nomination for U.S. President, was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1977 and served until 2005. During his stint in the U.S. House, he served as Majority Leader from 1995 until 2003 and was the House’s minority leader from 1989 until 1995. Mr. Gephardt graduated from Northwestern University and University of Michigan Law School. |
