| As the Director, Technical Services, Jim Rice brings over 23 years experience as a Factory Rep in the plumbing industry to Falcon customers. Jim directs key installation projects, troubleshooting and product development. With factory training and certification from plumbing industry giants such as, Charlotte Pipe & Foundry, Jay R. Smith Mfg, Watts Regulator and AO Smith, Jim is expert in several areas of plumbing technology. Jim also provides installation training classes and plumbing system design advice to plumbing contractors all across the nation. |
