Falcon Waterfree Technologies, LLC, (”Falcon”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy.


This policy describes the types of information Falcon may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website and Falcon’s practices for collecting, using, protecting and disclosing that information.


Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Falcon collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Falcon’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Falcon visitors use its website.

Falcon also collects personally-identifying information through the “Contact Us” and “California Rebate” webpages. These webpages ask visitors to provide their name, email address, country, and type of project. Additional personal information is not required, but can be voluntarily provided by visitors interested in contacting Falcon.

Google Analytics and Opting-out

Falcon uses Google Analytics to collect data information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns.  You can opt-out of having your information collected by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Falcon does not use technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking) and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.


Use of Your Information

Falcon uses information collected about you or that you provide to Falcon, including any personal information, (i) to provide you with information, products or services that you request from Falcon and (ii) to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.


Falcon may aggregate the statistics collected about the behavior of visitors to its websites for use in determining website visitor trends and improving our website.


Disclosure of Your Information

Falcon does not disclose any personally-identifying information to third parties. Falcon will not rent or sell personally-identifying information to anyone.


Falcon discloses personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on Falcon’s behalf or to provide information or services requested by you. For example, if you give Falcon your name and e-mail address to request product information, Falcon will transmit your name and e-mail to the appropriate employee for processing of your request. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Falcon’s website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.


Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Falcon discloses non- personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request or when Falcon believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Falcon, third parties, or the public at large.

Falcon implements various security measures to protect the security of your personal information, both on line and off line. Personal information is stored on a firewall-protected server.

Falcon may use cookies to help Falcon identify and observe visitors, their usage of Falcon website, and their website access preferences. Falcon visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Falcon’s websites, with the drawback that certain features of Falcon’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Falcon may change its privacy policy from time to time, and in Falcon’s sole discretion. If Falcon decides to make any changes to the privacy policy, Falcon will post the revised policy here.
